Guanacaste Real Estate | Guanacaste is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Santa Rosa National Park

You will want to visit during the summer when the trails are drier, although the rainy season stimulates the lush rainforest growth. Papagayo Peninsula

Guanacaste es el hogar de algunas de las más hermosas  playas de Costa Rica. Su parte Norte  perteneció una vez  a Nicaragua, y oficialmente se hizo parte de Costa Rica el 25 de Julio de 1824 por lo que ahora se celebra la Anexión del partido de Nicoya como Feriado Nacional. La anexión de Guanacaste es los feriados nacionales.

Anidación de Tortugas y Playas Para Surf

Playa Tamarindo es la más favorita y larga de todas las  playas conocidas, aunque podrías tomar en cuenta que es bastante concurrida. Encontrarás docenas de restaurantes, tiendas, hotel boutiques y muchas personas a lo largo de la inmobiliaria playa.

Parque Nacional Santa Rosa

Establecidos en 1996, el Parque  Nacional Santa Rosa contiene bastaste tipos de ecosistemas a lo largo de distintas habitas. Usted lo querrá visitar durante el verano, cuando los senderos están secos. Además la estación lluviosa estimula  el crecimiento de la exuberante selva tropical, además de que tiene un monto de grandiosos senderos de montanismo, cuales con serpientes por todo el parque.  También puedes bajar caminado   hasta la playa, para disfrutar del paisaje, mientras  del impresionante bosque y cascadas.

Península de Papagayo

La Península  de Papagayo es el oasis de 11 miles de la Península de Nicoya, el área noroeste de la provincia de Guanacaste, es muy popular entre los turistas residentes.  Disfrute de hacer buceo, cabalgatas y caminatas por los cerros dentro de 14000 acres de tierra ecológica y biodiversidad. Clima Guanacaste 

Cuando se compara Guanacaste con otras provincias,  es caluroso y seco.  Las probabilidades de lluvia son mucho  durante el verano de diciembre a abril. Sin embargo, entre más alto usted suba aumenta las posibilidades de experimentar una  pequeña llovizna o un aguacero. Lluvias cortas en la tarde son comunes durante la estación de marzo a noviembre.

Tilarán 

Tilarán se encuentra a lo largo de la autopista Pan Americana, a 4 kilómetros del lago del  Arenal. Tilarán tiene una localización clave para  aventuras en el lago y sus alrededores. Es un lugar popular para bienes raíces,  tanto  en el lago como las montañas. Esencialmente este podría deberse al confortable clima y el estilo de vida cotidiano encontrado ahí. 

Tilarán conocido como  una área del cultivo de café,  nueces, maní y macadamias. También por la crianza de caballos y ganado.
