Welcome to LUXURY VILLA DEL SUR
Amazing incomes!!!
Casa Niri is a designer 5-bedroom villa nestled into the hills above Samara Beach, Costa Rica. Richly detailed and filled with light, all rooms in this boutique residence offer floor to ceiling glass doors and windows with sublime views across the jungle valley to the surf of the Pacific Ocean.
The gated entrance welcomes you to a private oasis, bursting with beautiful gardens, fruit trees and sweet-smelling frangipani and ylang ylang. Casa Niri’s stately front entrance is framed in bougainvillea, but if you prefer, you may head directly to the pool passing under a magnificent outdoor shower, perched on the cliffs edge.
Casa Niri offers three breathtaking primary ensuite bedrooms along with a bunk room and a guest room, for a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
The property delivers a truly extraordinary indoor-outdoor living experience with floor to ceiling movable glass walls in the kitchen and living room that disappear to seamlessly blend the interior with the expansive 145 m2 covered outdoor terrace.
The infinity edge saltwater pool (11’ x 36’ long) is made from Sukabumi Stone and flows over the jungle cliff on which it’s perched. The surrounding pool deck provides plenty of space to spread out for long afternoons with an ample seating area, outdoor kitchen including a built in BBQ, large teak dining table, and oversized hanging bed.
Architecturally, this high-end build takes its inspiration from the islands of the Mediterranean, featuring sculpted corners and a gracious arch motif throughout. The villa was built from the simple quality materials, including locally handcrafted cement tiles, venetian plaster, custom teak cabinets, and custom bathtubs and sinks.
On the southern end of the house, the ground-level primary bedroom features a spacious private terrace and a large spa-like ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate showers and a soaking tub.
A duplicate primary bedroom lies above with all the same amenities and plus the advantage of height allowing for even more spectacular views. All bedrooms on the upper floor feature vaulted ceilings with exposed teak beams and beautiful built-in armoires. On the northern side of the house the third primary bedroom features an oversized terrace and the ensuite shower opens onto a garden.
All bedrooms except for the bunk room have balconies with breathtaking ocean views and enough space for comfortable seating and your sunrise yoga and meditation practice.
Casa Niri feels remote yet is an easy 5-minute drive to the beautiful Sámara Beach for beachside dining and a plethora of wellness opportunities such as yoga, pilates and massage. Approximately 40 min to Nosara and under 2 hours from Liberia, the property is easily accessed from most international destinations.
The villa currently has a thriving locally managed high-end rental and retreat business (www.casaniri.com) that can be transferred with the property to the new owner if desired.
This boutique villa is a place to unwind, restore your connection to nature and breathe in the beauty of life.
