Recently reduced!. This Golfo Dulce Oceanfront Estate is located in the Peninsula de Osa, on the side of Golfo Dulce; the exact locality name is Bahia Chal which is about 36 km southwest of Chacarita, and about 6 km east of Rincon de Osa.

Access to the property is via a fully asphalted road from Chacarita. The main property entrance is just off this national road (Costa Rica National Highway 245). The property is comprised of two parts: 28 hectares is titled (deeded), and 12 hectares is the area under the governance of the Laws of Zona Maritima Terrestre (the Maritime concession zone, or easement). It opens up to the coast line of roughly 673 meters long. There is an existing beach roughly 150 meters wide, covered with grey volcanic sand.

The property has electricity, municipal water supply, own private road descending to the beach. It connects the National Highway 245 directly with the beach. This road is fully private and is roughly 500 meters in length. The property is in direct line of sight of one of the entrances to the Corcovado National Park (about 6 km across the Golfo Dulce). The views of the bay are breathtaking. There is a large swath of the primary forest on top of the main hill. There are existing nature trails that lead to the peak of the primary hill. There, there is a spectacular vista point with approximately 270-degree view of the gulf some 50 meters below.

The property has 5 natural water sources (brooks) that coalesce into one larger brook opening into the gulf (it has an official name and is called La Quebrada Honda). There is a substantial waterfall roughly 10 meters high. (The video of the brook is available for viewing). It is a plentiful fresh water source year-round. The water quality is crystalline and pristine. It has wonderful fresh-water shrimp (“langostinos”, in Spanish) which are the tastiest and the sweetest.
