We encourage Brokers and Agents to consider growing their business by hiring an Assistant or creating a Team.
These are the rules to follow.

| Can have RE/MAX business cards? | Yes. Cards must specify the title Assistant. | Yes. Cards can specify any of the titles Agent, Associate, Salesperson, Sales Associate or other similar ones. |
| What are some of their usual activities? | Manage internet marketing, respond emails, install/uninstall signs, run errands. | List and sell real estate. |
| Can have their own clients? (buyers and sellers) | No. Clients belong to the registered Agent. | Yes. |
| How are they registered in RE/MAX Caribbean and Central America? | As staff. | As Agents. |
| Do they receive regular emails from the Region? | Yes. | Yes. |
| Can they belong to the Facebook Private Group? | Yes. | Yes. |

| Are there things they are not allowed to do? | Can not go on listing appointments and showings by themselves, present contracts or advise buyers or sellers. The registered Agent must be present in these activities. | The only limitation is within the normal boundaries of any RE/MAX Agent. |
